While some of the weapons in the original publishing will be staying, many others have been powercrept, and have either lost their usefulness or are overshadowed by newer entries. It should also be noted that with the release of The Final Shape weapon sunsetting has been entirely reversed, meaning that any weapons in your vault or on your character are now usable, regardless of their age.
