Despite fans calling the new Fable teaser a reboot, Playground Games didn't confirm anything too concrete about the nature of the game. However, should it really be a reboot, the game would hopefully approach Fable 's first story differently. For instance, players may have had fun playing the Hero of Oakvale from the first Fable . However, a completely new story might also be able to capture their attent

This pistol has an awesome design that is sure to make jaws drop around the player. Not only does the look of it show that the Hero isn't to be messed with, but the story behind it is just as intimidat

All players have to do to get the bonuses for this sword is accomplish good deeds to increase their moral standing, kill 200 hollow men (who show up often and abundantly), and make 5 villagers love the Hero. Doing these tasks will award players with shock damage, more guild seals, and more damage against evil enem

What some players didn't appreciate from Fable 3 would be its rather more "serious" tone. Aside from fighting for a throne, the anime Game Crafting guide contains a rather more mature outlook on hardship and transitioning into the Industrial Age. And while these in themselves aren't bad, they do make Fable 3 seem to be more akin to other "more serious" RPGs instead of its more "innocent" tradem

The bonuses can be earned by killing 100 villagers or soldiers, using flourishes to kill another 50 villagers or soldiers, and killing 400 shadow monsters. Completing these objectives can will award the player with the ability to do more damage, especially to humans, and more damage against Dark enem

As such, a Fable reboot from Playground Games shapes up to be a nice change of pace for RPG enthusiasts. However, with a decade past Fable 3 , just what can this reboot offer? Moreover, how would it be different from its predecessor? Are fans going to see a return to a more playful visual direction? Or is Fable going to make a darker t

Despite how the first Fable introduced a newer tone to modern RPGs, there's much to be desired in the story. For instance, making the Hero of Oakvale strictly male does seem a bit restrictive, especially to Fable fans of different genders. However, some might argue that this choice was more to help the game have a stricter, more cohesive narrative with a premade character and se

This Ark gives you the Grav-Jump ability which makes it an Ark you want to find as soon as you can. The Grav-Jump gives you the ability to perform a double jump. This doesn’t have many uses in combat, but for exploration it’ll save you a lot of headaches as you can navigate the terrain bet

All players have to do is complete 30 quests, kill 300 enemies that are evil, and use an unwoven Shock spell to kill 200 enemies. This will give the warhammer extra damage, including shock damage, and it awards a faster rate of earning guild seals. Aside from the shock spell usage, these are objectives that players will already be chasing, so this hammer is easy to bo

Only the Royal Sceptre comes close to matching the sheer power of The Daichi Katana. Its base damage is 96 and it has one of the fastest attack speeds in the game. As a Katana, it also has fantastic reach for a melee weapon. With the Devastation, Bewitching, and Killerwatt augments, The Daichi overshadows every other weapon in Fable 2 in terms of its ease of use and sheer damage out

Dealpipe Ark is located west of Spikewind in the Sekreto Wetlands region, halfway to the coast and near the base of the tan mountain range. For some this is one of the hardest Arks to find as it’s obscured by large buildings and some trees, so expect a bit of searching to find

Introduced in the See The Future DLC for Fable 2 , the Royal Sceptre is the most versatile melee weapon in the game due to its 4 empty augment slots. Even with its high base damage of 90, the Royal Sceptre attacks so fast it is only beaten by The Daichi. That said, players that prefer the versatility and utility of augments will likely gravitate towards the Royal Scep

Fans of Fable still have contested feelings regarding Fable 3 . After all, the latter's more industrialized setup didn't seem to retain the innate "charm" of the previous games' more "classic" medieval fantasy setting. In Fable 3 's more industrialized Bowerstone highlighted Renaissance-era architecture, guns, and a much more serious tone. If Playground Games will indeed make this new Fable game a reboot, they might want to do away with the industrial sett

Fans of the Fable series will remember the first time they booted the first game. Unlike more serious fantasy RPGs, Fable makes it obvious that it wants to have a much lighter approach to the genre. As such, interwoven in its grand (albeit simple) fantasy story are hours' worth of simple yet entertaining dialogue that will definitely give players a good t

One of the strongest weapons in Fable 2 is The Wreckager, a legendary Cutlass that can carve through opponents at rapid speeds while dealing 65 damage a swing . It has the Fear Itself, Golden Touch, and Stoneskin augments. Any swashbuckling pirate or melee enthusiasts will want this devastating weapon. It's just a shame it is obtained so late in a playthro
